About Your New Job
* Service and calibrate laboratory equipment, cleanrooms, and extraction systems.
* Carry out installation works, upgrades, and refurbishments.
* Grow our market share in the Irish Market.
* Act as an interface between customers and the company, resolving queries, issues, and requirements.
* Respond to customer inquiries via management system, email, phone, and chat.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Work with a range of existing customers across the 32 counties.
* Identify potential new clients and introduce our range of products, services, and solutions.
* Manage customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
What Skills You Need
* 2 years of previous similar experience desirable, but not essential.
* Educated in engineering is preferable.
* Passion for providing high-level support and service to clients.
* Good knowledge of computers and MS Office suite.
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Multi-task oriented.
* Experience in cleanrooms, HVAC, AHU systems is advantageous.
* Experience with laboratory equipment preferable, but not essential.
* Full clean driving licence required.
* Willingness to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.

* Salary: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year depending on experience.
* Incremental salary increases through top level training.
