Your main responsibility will be to oversee the operations of a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet high quality standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie within a hospitality sector.
* Ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands-on attitude.
* Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
