We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team.


About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our users and key customer stakeholders.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive maximum value from our platform.

* Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
* Provide training and support to customers to help them get the most out of our platform.
* Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product development and improvement initiatives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience working with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
* A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

* Social network analysis and clear web investigation.
* All source analysis, business intelligence analysis, or law enforcement investigations.
* Working within a SaaS or digital consultancy environment.
* Data analytics and network analysis.
* Agile software development methodologies.
