The Opportunity
We are seeking Estimators within the Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) disciplines to support major data centre projects across Europe. The role focuses on delivering accurate, comprehensive estimates that support world-class data centre construction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and support project estimates.
Review project plans and specifications to confirm complete scope coverage.
Contribute to estimating database development and benchmarking.
Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages.
Complete labour, material, equipment, and subcontract pricing.
Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with the Planning/Scheduling team.
Assist in preparing written execution plans and technical clarifications.
Compile all required bid submittal documentation.
Participate in project and team meetings, supporting project teams as required.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA, etc.).
Degree or higher education in a related discipline.
Proven estimating experience, ideally within data centre projects or similar large-scale builds.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

The Data Centres (DTC) division delivers end-to-end services — from design through construction — for hyperscale, colocation, and cloud-computing data centres. Using both traditional and modular construction techniques, the team ensures efficiency, reliability, and quality across all projects
