The role of Facilities Support Coordinator is to operate an efficient support hub, delivering exceptional customer service and managing work orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert customer service and manage work orders through to completion
* Operate an effective support hub, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
* Support the delivery of facilities management services, including maintenance, compliance, and asset management
* Offer administrative and coordination support to managers and officers across FM functions
* Accurately record service requests, follow procedures, and contribute to reporting on maintenance and compliance performance
