We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of our groundworks business.
Job Description
* Take commercial responsibility for multiple groundworks projects from pre-contract through to final account.
* Work closely with Contracts Managers, site teams, and directors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of groundworks packages (earthworks, drainage, foundations, external works etc.) and excellent commercial and contractual knowledge. A degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is also essential.
