The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds department. This team advises a broad range of clients, including global asset managers, investment firms, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that values professional development, knowledge sharing, and diversity. You will advise on a wide variety of regulated and unregulated investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, sustainable investments, and digital assets.
The Person
* You have a minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds law, ideally within a top-tier firm or equivalent organisation.
* You have strong technical expertise in Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks.
* You have excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage transactions from start to finish.
* You are commercially minded and client-focused.
* You are committed to collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
