At Seaview Respite, we require an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential services for children and adults with physical and sensory disabilities.
Job Purpose
The Senior Respite Service Manager will work closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure seamless implementation of HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards. This involves planning and managing the entry and exiting of service, as well as supporting clients in a person-centred respite environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of quality customer-focused services, ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
* Implement and maintain HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards within the residential setting.
* Support and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or a management qualification.
* At least three years of experience in a similar field, preferably in an accommodation-based setting.
* Experience and knowledge of Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Health difficulties and the HIQA process within residential settings.
