Job Description
Office Reception Administrator – first point of contact for our Dublin office. Ideal for someone with at least six months office‑based experience looking to start a career in office or clerical administration.

* Hourly rate: €15.40.
* Location: Dublin (office‑based).
Responsibilities
* Answer, screen and direct incoming calls professionally.
* Meet and greet 5–7 candidates per week for interviews and training.
* Support document checks and office administration.
* Monitor and distribute client booking requests from a key inbox.
* Liaise with the temporary recruitment team to ensure bookings are fulfilled.
