Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Execute: Develop and execute test plans and cases (functional, regression, integration).Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution.Collaboration: Work with development and product teams on requirements, design, and feedback.Automation & Improvement: Automate testing tasks and continuously improve testing processes for efficiency.Reporting: Analyze results, create detailed reports, and maintain all testing documentation.Compliance: Ensure all testing adheres to industry best practices and company standards.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years in software testing or quality assurance.Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools/methodologies, and strong understanding of SDLC/STLC.Testing: Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
