Business Analyst
As a strategic partner to operations and technology teams, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through insightful analysis and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain thorough understanding of business requirements, mapping current and future-state processes to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows
* Drive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and issue resolution
* Support testing activities, documenting defects and contributing to quality assurance efforts
* Provide timely and informative reporting and presentations to support decision-making
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), with knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools desirable
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, with experience in iterative development and delivery
* Strong working knowledge of financial operations, including settlements, reconciliations, and payments
