Job Description:
The (Senior) Manager, Digital Product Management is responsible for the governance execution, definition of Digital Product Management standards, and driving accountability across all functions to ensure consistent product management for all Digital Assets as part of the IMSC Digital Operating Model.
This role will oversee the Office of Digital Product Management and define the operating standards for Digital Product Management, including both Business Product Owner & Technical Product Owner roles, in partnership with J&J Technology and Digital Excellence. The Office will ensure adherence to these standards through cross-functional governance for all digital assets.
The role requires ensuring all digital assets have a defined product strategy aligned with digital strategy, with investments and lifecycle management costs being quantified and managed.
Main Priorities:
Develop & execute the Digital Product Management capability Model, including defining operating standards, roles, and processes.
Lead the Supply Chain Office of Digital Product Management, developing governance models, standards, and communities of practice.
Develop & deploy a Digital Stage-gate Model covering ideation, MVP, innovation boundaries, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
Drive adherence to Digital Product Management standards and governance across the supply chain.
Candidate Profile:
7+ years in digital product portfolio management, PMO, or related fields, with pharmaceutical industry experience.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and federated models.
Familiarity with industry standards for Data and IT management in pharma.
Experience establishing Digital Product Management practices at a global level.
Expertise in digital/IT product lifecycle and maturity measurement.
Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
