About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced spa manager to lead our wellness operations at a luxury hotel/resort in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team development, and revenue growth.

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing spa team of 10 professionals.
