The Role: ? Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients ? Handle renewals, MTAs, policy administration and client queries ? Support new business growth through cross-selling and up selling opportunities ? Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers ? Work closely with Account Directors and Underwriters ? Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions ? Maintain compliance and accurate documentation throughout the client life-cycle The Ideal Candidate: ? Min 2 years within a commercial broking environment ? Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy wordings ? CIP qualified ? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ? Organised, detail-focused and process driven ? Strong negotiation and client servicing ability ?
