THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and analytical Customer Quotations, Estimations Tender Specialist to join our highperforming team.
This hybrid role blends customerfacing quotation management with technical estimating responsibilities, supporting commercial decisions and contributing directly to revenue generation.
You will work closely with internal engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams, providing accurate costings, detailed tenders, and highquality customer service.
This position requires initiative, ownership, problemsolving, and the ability to navigate complex technical information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Quotations Commercial Support Manage endtoend customer enquiries, ensuring fast, accurate, and proactive responses.
Generate complex quotations for data centre and manufacturing solutions, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding pricing, orders, technical queries, and contract administration.
Liaise with internal sales teams across Europe to provide technical and commercial support.
Negotiate customer contracts and support agreement structuring where required.
Estimating Tender Submissions Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions in line with project specifications.
Review drawings, technical documentation, and contract requirements to ensure accurate pricing.
Produce structured pricing schedules and proposals that align with customer needs and project scopes.
Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure best value.
Risk, Analysis Handover Identify commercial risks, costsaving options, and valueengineering opportunities.
Analyse pricing data, project details, and supplier inputs to support decisionmaking.
Support project handover to delivery teams postaward, ensuring clear communication of scope, risks, and commercial considerations.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual with a passion for collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements Minimum 3+ years' experience in an estimating, quotations, or tendering role within construction or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of building projects ; main contractor experience is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience generating complex quotations and interpreting technical documents.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problemsolving skills .
Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or costing software .
Exceptional communication skills-clear, professional, and confident with customers and stakeholders.
Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Full working rights in Ireland.
Preferred but Not Essential Experience within data centre or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with engineering or technical product solutions.
