Cork Salary/Package:Negotiable DOE (Competitive) Project:€25-€30M Residential project We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join a large-scale residential project in Cork (c. €30M) for a tier one contractor.
The role will suit a motivated construction professional who can supervise trades, enforce health & safety standards, and ensure quality finishes across the site.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
Oversee daily works, monitor progress, and report issues to senior management.
Conduct quality checks and ensure works meet design and specification requirements.
Support the Site Manager in driving productivity and programme adherence.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman on residential developments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and finishing standards.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to enforce safety and quality requirements on site.
