* Plan and execute Paid Ads campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
* Manage and optimize CRM systems to support customer journeys.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
* Analyze data and report on campaign performance.
* Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing goals.
* Support brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Paid Ads management and optimization.
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
* Solid experience in Marketing Planning and execution.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Full driving license (desired).
