About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team at a prominent healthcare organisation. Based in Cork, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders on organisational design and change management initiatives
* Provide daily HR support and guidance to managers and staff
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies and onboarding programmes
* Lead performance management processes and identify training needs for employees
* Oversee absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives
* Mentor and develop our HR team members
Requirements
* A primary degree in HR or a related field (CIPD membership is advantageous)
* 3-5+ years' experience in HR, with evidence of ongoing professional development
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience in change management and employment relations case handling
* Strong IT and administrative skills, with familiarity with HR systems (Office & AI tools)
* A full, clean driving licence (some travel required)
* Familiarity with the Irish healthcare landscape is desirable
