This is akey specialist rolewithin a client-centric Fund Accounting team, offering exposure to complex private equity structures and close collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders and project teams.
The successful candidate will act as atrusted point of contact for Private Equity fund accounting delivery, combining strong technical capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
This is initially a 6m contract with opportunity for progression.
Key Responsibilities Own and organise the daily workload across a portfolio of Private Equity clients Act as a subject matter expert for Private Equity fund accounting activities Oversee the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of NAVs and related deliverables Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries Monitor quality, productivity and risk metrics Drive continuous improvement across processes and controls Support new client onboarding, fund launches, conversions and restructurings Identify and mitigate operational risk, minimising errors and financial exposure Document procedures and contribute to best-practice operating standards Support change initiatives and contribute positively to team culture What You'll Bring Essential: Proven experience in Private Equity fund accounting Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Financial services operations or fund administration experience Strong analytical and organisational skills Clear communication style and collaborative mindset Desirable: Client-facing experience Confident stakeholder engagement and presentation skills What's on Offer Competitive fixed-term compensation with comprehensive benefits Flexible working arrangements fully supported Exposure to complex Private Equity structures and high-quality clients A collaborative, progressive and high-performing team environment
