Electrical Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on pharmaceutical facilities or new build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Supervision & Leadership: Lead electrical teams, apprentices, and subcontractors in the execution of tasks.
* Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety rules and ensure adherence to site-specific regulations.
* Technical Expertise: Oversee electrical services installations and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
* A fully qualified electrician with registration from a relevant authority.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience supervising electrical works on pharmaceutical projects.
This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain high standards of quality control.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electrical engineering and be familiar with industry-standard practices and regulations. They will also have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, enabling them to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Besides their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes maintaining accurate records, documenting processes, and preparing reports as required.
