Salary – 35K-40K Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations across the business Manage employee relations issues, including absence, performance, and disciplinary processes Support recruitment and on boarding processes Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation Assist with training, learning, and development initiatives Support HR policies and procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a generalist HR role Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and able to work independently CIPD qualification or working towards is an advantage
