Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing support in financial management, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support senior accountants with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
* Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
* Communicate with clients regarding queries and required documentation
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures
* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and submit payroll information as required
