We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of promoting independence, choice and dignity in their role as a care assistant. If you have previous experience caring for the elderly and can verbally communicate with our residents, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
1. Care Assistants will provide support to our residents by assisting them with daily tasks such as preparing meals, providing personal care assistance, managing medications (if required), engaging in conversation or participating in leisure activities they enjoy. The goal is always to maintain each person's autonomy while ensuring that any additional needs are met through comprehensive caring services.
