About
is redefining how the world measures and improves sleep. Our AI-driven platform powers sleep intelligence for global leaders in health, wellness, and consumer technology.
Through our German offering, Dein Schlaf, we deliver personalized sleep improvement programs that are reimbursable through health insurers. In plain terms: people in Germany can now access high-quality sleep support through their insurance, on their phone.
We are expanding our partnerships with insurers and need marketing support to help those partners drive adoption.
The Role
We're hiring a Partner Marketing Lead to activate and support our German insurance partners so they can successfully enroll members into our sleep program.
You'll build marketing plans with each partner, create the right assets for them to use, and help run campaigns that drive app sign-ups. You'll also support partner-facing sales conversations by understanding what each insurer needs to launch and scale internally.
You'll work closely with the CMO and our German commercial lead to keep the messaging aligned with 's global brand and make sure what we're doing in Germany is set up to scale.
What You'll Own
1. Partner Activation
 * Work directly with German health insurance partners to understand their member base, marketing channels, and internal approval processes.
 * Build partner marketing plans that outline: target audience, offer/value prop, channel mix, key messages, and success metrics.
 * Support commercial/partnership calls to translate "we signed the deal" into "the partner is actively promoting the app."
2. Campaign & Asset Development
 * Create or direct creation of campaign assets insurers can deploy: landing page copy, social posts, email copy, in-app messaging, newsletters, etc.
 * Develop messaging and positioning that works for regulated industries but is still human and accessible.
 * Draft and coordinate localized App Store / Play Store content updates for Germany when needed.
3. Channel Execution
 * Support and manage co-branded and partner-branded campaigns across:
 * Email outreach to insured members
 * Landing pages and sign-up flows
 * Webinars / digital info sessions for members
 * Social / owned digital channels the insurer already uses
 * Run & schedule German-language webinar funnels and email campaigns in HubSpot in coordination with our Growth Marketing Lead for setup and tracking.
 * Build post-webinar/post-signup nurture flows to keep users engaged.
4. Performance & Reporting
 * Track key partner campaign metrics (registrations, sign-ups, activations) and report back to the partner and to leadership.
 * Identify what's working across partners and turn it into repeatable playbooks.
 * Surface blockers early (approval bottlenecks, legal language issues, missing assets on the partner side, etc.).
Who You Are
 * You've worked in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B2C marketing — ideally in a regulated or semi-regulated space. You're comfortable with accuracy and compliance, but can still creatively think outside the box.
 * You've supported co-marketing with an insurer, employer, or channel partner before.
 * You are confident sitting in a meeting with partners and saying "Here's how we launch this to your members."
 * You can turn a value prop into real assets: landing page copy, email copy, social copy, internal FAQ sheets, onboarding decks.
 * You understand how to run a basic digital campaign and what needs to be tracked (sign-ups, clicks, attendance, completions).
 * You're organized and can keep parallel launches moving without dropping details.
 * You're fluent in German and comfortable working in English.
Bonus points if:
 * You've worked with HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation tool.
 * You've supported webinars, virtual education sessions, or benefits enrollment campaigns.
 * You've done marketing in health, wellness, sleep, or mental health.
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
 * Each active insurance partner has a clear marketing launch plan with defined channels, assets, and campaign timeline.
 * We have a small but reusable asset kit (email copy, landing page framework, webinar outline, social snippets, app store language) that can be adapted partner to partner.
 * Webinar and email campaigns for all partners are live, tracked, and feeding sign-ups into our funnel.
 * We're reporting partner performance in a way that leadership can see and insurers trust.
How You'll Work Day to Day
 * Meet with our insurance partners alongside our partnerships/sales lead.
 * Translate partner needs and restrictions into a concrete rollout plan.
 * Write the first draft of campaign assets (in German), get approvals, and hand off to Growth for build/tracking in HubSpot.
 * Review performance data and refine message/channels for the next round.
 * Sync with CMO to keep Germany aligned with broader messaging.
