As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead and support General Managers, ensuring consistent standards in service, compliance, and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support General Managers across multiple bars and hospitality venues.
2. Evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Analyze financial reports (P&L) to inform business decisions.
4. Implement action plans to drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and upselling strategies.
