Job Objectives
The Role of a Maintenance Technician is to support the Maintenance Manager in the maintenance and safe upkeep of ourvarious properties, completing repair orders for general repairs as requestedwithin the allotted time frame.
This will include the following on a day-to-day basis:
* Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
* Completes repair orders for general repair as requested
* Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting,heating, and ventilating equipment.
* Perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundryequipment.
* Assigns with proper training and direction completion of preventative maintenancework or repairs.
* Completes all necessary reporting and documentation as required.
* Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner, and that allrepairs are made as specified by manufacturer.
* Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing workefficiently.
* Participate in a rotational on call system.
Skills Requirement
Knowledge:
* Knowledge of material and techniques are essential.
Experience:
* 1 Years’ previous experience in a similar role.

* Excellent organisational skills / self-motivated / self-starter.
* Willingness to work as part of a multi-departmental team.
