Key Responsibilities: Provide maintenance and technical support for automated machinery and production systems. Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime. Perform planned preventative maintenance and tool changes in line with schedules. Develop, modify, and optimize PLC and robot programs (Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Kuka). Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance. Maintain and update machine safety systems, replacing or repairing components where necessary. Source and manage spare parts for mechanical and electrical equipment. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and standards. Skills & Experience requirements: Qualification in Electro-Mechanical Maintenance or a related technical discipline. Previous experience in an automated or manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience with PLC and robotics programming. Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
