Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored therapeutic interventions for adults referred to the Adult Mental Health Service.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement service development initiatives, provide consultation, and supervise staff to ensure delivery of recovery-oriented care.
Essential Qualifications:
* A Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology.
* Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or relevant professional body.
* Proven experience in group-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions.
* Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
* Significant experience in assessment and therapeutic work with adults dealing with mental health/psychological needs in conjunction with physical health issues.
