Job Summary
This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills. As the Specialty Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Leads who manage product supply from a large network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supply, execute product launches to meet customer requirements, and drive cost savings initiatives.
About This Role
* You will lead the matrixed SC Virtual Site Leadership Team (VSLT) to establish necessary macro-level CMO strategies and network direction for the team.
* You will oversee the relationship with multiple Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
* You will interface with Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) matrixed organizations to ensure sustainable quality, compliant & safe product supply from its network of CMOs
Key Responsibilities:
* Leveraging IMEX implement governance practices that lead a group of ES Operations Leads & partner functions deliver on supply quality compliance financial performance the CMO.
Leverage your leadership abilities motivate high performing teams implementing corrective actions related balanced scorecard targets.
