Personalized Homecare Professional
We are seeking dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to children and adults in their homes.
This role involves working closely with families to ensure clients receive the best possible quality of life. With various shifts available, including full-time and part-time positions, you'll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your needs.
* Deliver holistic, 1:1 care to clients in their homes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
* Contribute to improving health outcomes through education and advocacy
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Registered General, Children's, or Intellectual Disability Nurse with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in a pediatric, ICU, PICU, or similar setting. Having access to your own transportation is desirable due to the home-based nature of this role.
