About Us We are a well-established and expanding Irish medical-device distribution company supplying high-quality equipment and services to all HSE and private hospitals in Ireland.
Due to our growth plans, we are looking for an energetic and hard-working Sales &Customer Support Executiveto support our office operations and sales team.
Role Overview This is a varied and hands-on role suited to an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, customer service, sales administration and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities include Provide customer support and process customer enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and follow-ups Work closely with the sales team to prepare customer proposals and quotations Maintain accurate customer & service records and CRM data General office administration and coordination Supporting compliance and Quality Assurance requirements Assist with basic marketing activities (brochures, flyers, email campaigns) Update and maintain company website content and social media communications Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Experience & Skills Required Previous experience in a customer service, office administration, or sales support role Experience using accounts packages (e.g. Bright Books, Sage, QuickBooks or similar) and familiarity with CRM systems Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with good attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident IT skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets) Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated environment - an advantage Website management experience (WordPress or similar CMS) - desirable Basic marketing or digital content experience - desirable Personal Attributes Professional, friendly, and customer-focused Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks Interested in learning, hard-working and motivated to succeed Whats on Offer A permanent role in a growing Irish medical distribution company Supportive team environment with full training provided Varied and interesting responsibilities Opportunity to grow and develop with the business Competitive salary - €*****K with pension scheme Early finish every Friday How to Apply Please click apply below with your CV and cover letter.
