Your new role as a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer involves performing critical tasks to ensure high product quality and lean manufacturing in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Authoring and validating MES recipes to meet facility goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Participating in testing and computer system validation of MES Recipes and related configuration to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
* Developing MES recipes that adhere to corporate design standards, leveraging technical expertise to drive process improvements.
* Administering MES System interfaces with third-party systems such as SAP, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and DeltaV, promoting seamless integration and data exchange.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
* A degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences, providing a solid foundation for technical excellence.
* At least 5 years of experience as an MES Engineer, demonstrating hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities.
* Experience with MES System Design, Configuration, and Application of business processes in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
