A leading wealth management firm are seeking a First -Line
Operations Officer to join their firm. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible
for managing a team and ensuring that all client onboarding tasks are completed
as a first -line of defence support to the wider Relationship Management team.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable

with the Front Office to ensure the Client Account Opening process is fully reviewed
and conducted.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre -checks on client documentation (largely as
part of AO process)
* Be the key figure for the whole AML process from account
opening onwards
* Ensure that data and information are consistent in the
forms and verify static data vs ID documents, address verifications and company
documents provided by the client
* Identify all partner roles with ID documents and proof of
address as per the relevant policy
* Verify that provided tax numbers and national identifiers
are correct
* Conduct Quality Checks and Risk Assessments on clients
and accounts
Requirements
o Willingness to take instruction and task delegation from
COO and Assistant Relationship Manager Team Head
o Provide a service of professionalism and excellence
o Meet deadlines and monitor KPIs of account opening
o Manage all client data with due care and ensure adherence
to policies where data security is concerned
o Project / project lead experience favourable
o AML / KYC knowledge is key
o Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence requirements is
essential
