Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store, including supervising staff and managing inventory.
* Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, as well as provide training and performance management.

* Maintain high standards of customer service, handling any issues or complaints effectively.
* Implement and maintain store policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
