We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our esteemed IT consulting services company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud technologies and DevOps practices, playing a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and analyze their technical requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployments.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and DevOps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud-based projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering and DevOps.
In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation or ARM.
Solid understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, and AKS).
Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or CircleCI.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices in cloud environments.
Deploying AI solutions on AWS using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
Experience in an IT consulting services environment.
Advanced proficiency in cloud‑native services and serverless architectures.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Expertise in optimizing cloud costs and resource management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Active participation in the open-source community or contributions to relevant projects.
