Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that operational goals are met and continuously improved.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesStrategic ExecutionTranslate strategic goals into actionable operational plans and initiatives.Process ImprovementIdentify, analyse and implement improvements to existing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Performance ManagementTrack, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with various teams, including production, engineering and support functions, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational programs.Project ManagementLead and manage projects related to operational improvements, ensuring timely delivery through the application of the most appropriate project execution (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc).Change ManagementImplement and manage change initiatives related to operational improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.CommunicationEffectively communicate progress, challenges and solutions to stakeholdersContinuous ImprovementDrive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing best practices.Systems Review & ManagementContinuous review of operational technology systems to ensure 'fit for purpose'.
