Morgan McKinley Limerick is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Legal Services firm based in Limerick. This role is suitable for a Legal Secretary with Litigation or Conveyancing experience, or a seasoned PA or Administrator with experience in Legal services.
Main duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Performing the duties of personal secretary to two Solicitors, including planning and maintaining diaries and appointments to ensure effective time management.
2. Responding to enquiries via mail, phone, in person, and email; organising travel arrangements.
3. Acting as the main contact person on behalf of the relevant solicitor/partner for office functions and activities, answering queries, and relaying information internally and externally.
4. Creating, amending, and formatting legal documents and templates.
5. Using Dictaphone systems to prepare and type documents related to correspondence and legal submissions.
6. Supporting solicitors/partners in their various responsibilities.
7. Having knowledge of legal procedures.
8. Preparing briefs and booklets of documents for Court.
9. Arranging meetings and ensuring relevant documentation is prepared and easily retrievable.
10. Working to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality in a professional environment.
This role is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, on-site. Training on systems is provided.
