Role Description

, is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Front of House professional.
The successful candidate will be available to commence work as soon as possible. This is an office-based role located in
Dublin 2
, with working hours
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
, and
Friday, 8:30am – 2:00pm
.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
* Process sales orders using Microsoft NAV and Excel; strong Excel skills are essential, ensuring all customer details, pricing, quantities, delivery instructions, and order notes are accurately entered
* Validate orders prior to processing by checking stock availability, pricing agreements, and customer information to minimise errors and delays
* Liaise with internal departments including sales, buying, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any discrepancies
* Review and monitor order fulfilment to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
* Handle customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, and invoicing, providing clear and professional communication
General Duties
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
* Greet and welcome clients and provide refreshments for meetings
* Respond to and resolve customer queries via phone and email
* Receive and sign for courier deliveries, distributing items to the relevant departments
* Book outgoing courier deliveries as required
* Order stationary supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels
* Ensure the office and showrooms are kept tidy, organised, and well stocked
* Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and providing administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team, along with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

* Enthusiastic, motivated, and confident approach to work
* Strong team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
* Ability to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload, and prioritise tasks effectively
* Personable with excellent communication skills and a professional, polite telephone manner
* Familiarity with Microsoft NAV and Business Central is advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Salary subject to experience - €32,000 to €36,000
