About Your New Job as a Global Labeling Operations Manager You will be responsible for strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with stakeholders in regulatory, global supply management, packaging, and brand management across different countries. Oversee global labeling updates, carton labeling updates, and support day-to-day business within the eyecare portfolio. Handle responsibilities within the system for Production, Design, and Asset workflows. Manage projects and deliverables for launches, site transfers, country/area-specific changes, and other labeling-focused initiatives. Conduct periodic formal reviews for label change management and develop performance metrics. Take ownership and leadership roles within this area. Lead the development and maintenance of shared label strategies throughout the product life cycle. Oversee labeling operations change plans. Act as the owner for specific labeling business processes and serve as the documentation subject matter expert What Skills You Need as a Global Labeling Operations Manager Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain. 4-6 years of combined experience in Quality/Regulatory (2 years), Operations (2 years), and Pharmaceutical/Device Regulations (2 years). Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel. Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management. Understanding of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, and Device/Combo Products, specifically those affecting the Packaging and Labeling Quality System.
