Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager
3 or 4 Days Per Week | Dublin City

Our architectural teams create new generation lifestyle environments for the hotel, residential and commercial sectors.
They are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager to join their team of over 20 people in their Dublin City office.
The role –
The position with have three core components –
Accounts –
* End to end bookkeeping, reconciliations and invoicing for directors (circa 30 per month)
* Revenue returns – PAYE, VAT, CT returns
* Assisting in the preparation of year end returns for external accountant
Credit control –
* Managing collections in an effective/ polite manner
* Enhancing controls to ensure timely payments
Office Management Oversight –
* Working with/ having oversight of an Office Administrator to ensure the office is running smoothly day to day
* Using SAGE Coretime to for timesheets and accurate reporting for the directors

About you –
* Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Assistant/ Technician role
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders within a business
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience working with Sage 50 and Coretime
* Qualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent)
