Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman with extensive industrial and healthcare project experience? Well, this is the role for you.
H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd are seeking a skilled Foreman to take ownership of day-to-day site operations in Limerick. You'll lead our direct labour workforce, oversee electrical installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing the direct labour workforce on site.
* Overseeing health & safety in conjunction with the EHS Officer-including SPA's, records, the Health & Safety file, and compliance.
* Managing and monitoring electrical installations and installation of packages to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations.
* Coordinating subcontractor works to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme.
* Monitoring productivity of all workers under your remit to maintain output and standards.
* Tracking daily progress against the project schedule and reporting to the Project Manager.
* Managing labour, materials, and site deliveries to maintain momentum.
* Driving quality-snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Liaising with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
* Overseeing testing, verification, and certification before handover.
Minimum Requirements
* Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification).
* 5+ years' experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects (essential).
* Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce on live construction sites.
* Strong track record overseeing electrical installations.
* Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
* Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements.
* Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality.
