Housing Officer Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate successful tenancies by supporting tenants in various properties under their portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing a designated patch of housing, keeping in regular contact with tenants, and addressing breaches of tenure.
Key Responsibilities:

* To always work in accordance with organizational Standards for Housing and amendments.

In order to achieve these objectives, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and relevant experience working with marginalized people ensuring housing supports. They must also be able to promote KVHA's Good Neighbour Policy and ensure that all required paperwork related to housing offers and/or refusals is fulfilled in line with organizational policy.
