2. Ensure compliance with employment law.
3. Manage medical HR operations including contracts, payroll, and rostering.
4. Represent the organisation at national forums on medical staffing.
5. Lead employee relations and performance management for medical staff.
6. Oversee a high-performing HR team.
Requirements:
* Degree in HR, Business or related field.
* Experience in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
* Healthcare or public sector experience desirable.
* Change management experience would be an advantage.
