Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within Global Markets, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities
Apply deep capital markets knowledge to drive impactful change and operational excellence
Oversee trade surveillance-related projects, enhancing compliance, governance, and risk controls
Simplify, automate, and re-engineer workflows to boost efficiency and transparency
Influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams on high-value programs
Ensure delivery against business objectives while mitigating risks and managing competing priorities
Champion transformational change and foster adoption of new processes across the organization
Requires proven experience in capital markets, trade surveillance, and project/program management
Skillset/Experience required:
Proven expertise in capital markets, with hands-on experience across financial products and asset classes
Strong background in trade surveillance, compliance, and market integrity initiatives
Track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading cross-functional teams
Depth in Operations, Technology, Risk, Quantitative Analytics, or Business Management
Skilled at cutting through ambiguity to deliver clear, actionable solutions
Able to balance competing priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Exceptional communicator who can simplify complexity for any audience
Organized and proactive in managing dependencies, risks, and follow-ups
Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for efficient delivery and collaboration
