Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Bid Administrator. The successful candidate will have a background in marketing and bid management and be able to effectively promote our business through various media platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote our company's services and products to potential clients
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
* Manage our online presence, including our website and social media channels
* Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
* Track and monitor opportunity pipelines using CRM software and provide regular progress reports
* Maintain accurate records of employee competencies
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver timely responses to tenders and other business opportunities
Essential Skills:
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Adobe In-Design graphical software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with construction or marketing principles
Desirable Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in marketing or construction
* Previous experience in marketing or bid management
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar business role
