Company Overview
Our Ireland Operations team seeks a Manufacturing Associate (MA2) to support the launch of manufacturing in our Ireland factory. The role is in a cleanroom environment, working both semi‑automated and fully automated lines, covering a full 24/7 shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Comply with all quality procedures and flag deviations.
* Complete and maintain required GMP quality documentation.
* Observe all safety requirements and operate machines safely.
* Meet deliverables and targets set by your supervisor.
* Set up and operate automatic or semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment.
* Oversee overall machine operation: feeding materials, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, labeling, packaging, moving raw/materials, and data entry.
* Inspect products against specifications.
* Communicate clearly and courteously as part of a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent (L5).
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Experience in medical devices and cleanroom environments.
* Computer literacy.
* Mechanically minded and teamwork oriented.
* Excellent communication skills.

* High dexterity and attention to detail.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.

* Ability to handle complex tasks.

Experience & Education
* Minimum of 2‑4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
