Business Assistant We are hiring a reliable, highly organized Business Assistant to support a US-based business owner across administrative, project management, client communication, and marketing coordination.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with structure, and able to follow through consistently.
You will work closely with Carrie and her team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and well-organized systems.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, accountability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Managing calendar and inbox Handling client communication via calls, texts, and messaging systems Relaying client updates and requests to internal team members Organizing and maintaining Google Drive Setting up and managing projects in Asana Creating and updating SOPs and internal process documentation Connecting with potential referral partners and clients on Linked In Outreach to potential Fem City North Orlando members and guests (Linked In & Facebook)Managing communication and content coordination for Fem City North Orlando Scheduling email marketing campaigns Scheduling blogs / Substack articles Following up with potential clients and referral partners Sending proposal emails, follow-ups, agreements, and invoices Sending onboarding emails to new clients Scheduling You Tube videos and podcast episodes Assisting with light video and podcast editing Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clients Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
