Job Title: Orthopedic Practice Manager
We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Practice Manager to lead operations across two busy Orthopedic/Sports Medicine locations. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving access, quality, and patient experience.
1. Oversight of daily operations at Mass General Orthopedics within the Newton-Wellesley Ambulatory Care Center in Wellesley;
2. Evaluation of staff needs and coordination of replacement when necessary;
3. Hiring, orientation, and evaluation of staff including administrative support staff and clinical teams;
4. Maintenance of HIPAA compliance among all staff members;
5. Analysis and implementation of performance metrics to ensure optimal practice outcomes.
