Quality Assurance Professional Role
Unijobs DAC is currently recruiting for a quality assurance professional on behalf of one of our public sector clients.
The role involves overseeing all projects and programmes to ensure compliance with QA requirements, producing annual reports for publication.
* Developing the organisation's Quality Assurance programme in line with the Public Spending Code.
* Maintaining an inventory of projects and programmes across all stages of the lifecycle.
* Ensuring the Finance Unit publishes summary details of all procurements over €10m on the organisation's website.
* Completing QA checklists and providing guidance and quality review of inputs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project/Programme Inventory (Finance Team)
* Publication of Procurement Information (Finance Team)
* Completion of QA Checklists (External Expertise)
* In-depth Project/Programme Review (Internal Audit Service)
* Preparation of Annual QA Report (External Expertise)
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree or professional qualification in finance, auditing, public administration, governance, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of the Public Spending Code and public sector governance requirements.
* At least 5 years' experience in financial management, audit, compliance, or project governance.
