Infrastructure Support Role
This is a technical support position that involves providing assistance on various technologies, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working with external partners to resolve complex problems.
The primary goal of this role is to manage escalated IT calls related to IBTS incidents and service requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the smooth operation of IBTS IT systems and delivering excellent customer service.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess advanced knowledge of multiple technologies including Microsoft Desktop platforms, Windows Server deployment, Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Office 365, System Centre/MECM, VMware, virtual desktop technologies, backup solutions, enterprise security features, IP Telephony, and IP Networking technologies.
A recognised qualification in a relevant field such as Comp TIA is essential, along with a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
* A strong understanding of IT systems and network architecture is required.
* Experience with Microsoft tools such as Windows 10, Windows Server, and Office 365 is highly desirable.
